Have you checked the "Sync hidden Google folders" in the Folders tab?</p> <p>As far as the general comments you have, we have noticed the same sometimes. My personal guess is that the problems start when a large number of files get spread between different Google servers, and these servers are making mistakes syncing the data with each other. I can confirm that the administrator user account that Syncdocs is using has edit rights to the files and folders that were not backed up.</p> <p>General Aside<br /> For us Google Drive has been a nightmare. Almost every week Google Drive loses important files belonging to one or two users and when I look in the Syncdocs backup it seems to be random chance whether the missing items are there.</p> <p>I can see from searching the web that many people have similar problems.
