The new fix has not changed anything that should influence this. Perhaps check the path that the new Syncdocs is in, is actually the path you think it is, and not another older copy.
I don't think running in compatibility mode will make a difference.

The default location should not be an issue. Syncdocs works fine with two different accounts running concurrently. If both accounts are running, they should not be set to sync the same data to Google.
If the local account can escalate privileges to run as Administrator, then it should be able to see the deletions made by that account, provided that the Domain Group Policy allows it.

Getting a wonderful 401 error now and then it fails to wipe file.
Pretty much can't delete files from any location without it redownloading or reuploading.
Deleting Roaming folder again to see if I can fix the issue. Reinstalling application.
Nothing more frustrating that deleting a bunch of files only to have them reappear.

The "401 Unauthorized" error means that you do not have permission on the server to delete the documents. Check to see if they are shared with you as read only.
Normally if you delete files that are shared with you as read only on Google Drive with Syncdocs, it just removes them from the file list.

birdsjm, thank you for the extra info. Can you please send us your most recent log file, so we can look into this?
You can get it by right clicking on the Syncdocs icon, selecting "Preferences", then "Advanced" and then "View Log".
(if you do not see an "Advanced" tab, click on "Advanced options..." button to see it)
