I have a user who has more trouble than any of the other users when it comes to SyncDocs. Specifically, this user reports, about once a week, that SyncDocs is "paused". She sends me her error logfile, but I usually don't see anything meaningful or helpful. But its happening more & more, so I wanted to reach out and see if you all could help me uncover what's wrong here.
User is running Win 8.1. The "SyncDocs is paused" problem seems to happen randomly. In looking at the logfile, I can see instances where SyncDocs resumes after power is restored. This is after a period of suspend or hibernate. I also see some instances where SyncDocs doesn't resume a sync after power is restored. I only pick on these kinds of entries in the log because, the last two times SyncDocs was "paused", I see in the logfile that power was restored but SyncDocs didn't resume any syncing. So maybe that's related, or maybe not.
I'm emailing the log file for her computer, which is rather long (~700kB). I'm hoping this long history will help point in some direction. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
