v 1.35.5591
We have one computer in our account that is never shut off.
Probably every three days we have to restart Syncdocs as it has stopped sync'ng.
On re-start it does "catch Up" and is now current.
any suggestions?

Ok, went to the site and expected to see a new file in a folder.
Nothing there, so did an Exit of Syncdocs and then re-started.. expected file there.

1/21/2012 2;21pm remotely I saw that the Syncdocs icon was greyed-out + an expected file was not in the sync folder, did an Exit and re-started
Icon went normal and file showed up as expected.
Looks like about three days of normal run time, then goes to "sleep"
