I am sure the problem is on Google Docs's side, but please help us to force Google into solving this problem.
We have a domain in google apps cloud, and we started to use the whole infrastructure for 1/2 year.
We have bought storage space in google clound as well for the most of users. And started to use the Syncdocs registered version from the very first time.
We use mainly Google Docs, and use SyncDocs to synchronize them to local machines.
The problem is, that the user who owns the most of the documents, cannot log in on the web interface to Google Docs frequently.
After a short delay just comes up a blank screen, and nothing, but all the other application works for that user and for everybody.
We user Chrome as the web browser which hide the problem, but IE echos the following error message: HTTP 408/409 Server Busy.
At the same time another user is working fine.
Afther a while we can login, but this error arrising from time to time.
The paralell forum on Google Support side is the following, but no official answer came from Google. There are a lot of other user who have the same or very similar situation.
Please help us to solve the problem!
