Hi there, I was wondering if there's a safer/smarter folder exclusion option.
As Syncdocs is configured to manage my %username% folder, the two following problems easily arise:
1) On initial scan ("please wait for database update"), Syncodcs will parse each file, including files lying in excluded folders. Useless to scan/parse excluded files. Time consuming. Can this be disabled?
2) Once the "root" Syncdocs folder is created and the folder exclusion list is managed by user, each newly added folder in the root folder will be automatically added to sync list.
Dangerous.
Users have to remember that potentially a mass of unwanted files will be synchronized inadvertently!
Could it be possible to add an option to exclude automatically new folders added in Syncdocs' "root" folder? That is, newly added folder at root level will be excluded, while new subfolders created in the sync list will be added. Possible?
