I have a Word file named "Windows 7 Wednesday lesson.docx" on Google Docs, and it is synced locally. While I am working in an unrelated Word document (locally), the "Windows 7 Wednesday lesson.docx" intermittently appears on my screen, then disappears after about 2-3 seconds. My best guess is that it has something to do with auto-save, but that's only a guess.
