Help on Google Drive sync

   Hello great program,

   I have still the same problem here. I get problems like

   1-4-2011 12:36:29(ver. 0.42)
   File Upload - Google server http REJECTED file leesbank.skp System.Exception : sd criticality=1 Inner: Source: Syncdocs : sd criticality=1

   The problem is only for non docs compatible files. PDF gives no problems

   1 What sort of Google account does this happen with?

   Free apps account

   2 How big are these files?

   Any size

   3 Does it only re-sync the files?

   It's only re syncing the "problem" files

   4 Do you see a file transfer progress for each file during upload (eg "52% of file uploaded")

   No

   I hope you can help

   Hi Maarten,

   Thanks for the info. We're starting to see this from a few users, some particular files just get rejected all the time by Google's server.

   Is it possible to send us this file ( leesbank.skp) either by email or through an attachment to the contact form. http://www.syncdocs.com/help/contact-us

   It greatly will help us fix this issue.
