Hi. I'm using SyncDocs portable version on three machines. It runs initially under the windows user "XXXX". If I switch to another Windows user "YYYY" and under "YYYY" I change something in the SyncDoc's synced folder, these change will be synced in background?

SyncdocsYes, it will sync provided it is running.
Since you're running the portable version it will work fine.
One thing to look out for is that both users XXXX and YYYY have permissions to read and write files in the folder that is being synced and they are both set to run Syncdocs at login or startup via the Preferences menu.
