I've create a new Word document on my local computer using File -> New Word Document with Office 2010.
SyncDocs sync it to my Google Docs and it works great but the document has strange bookmark with the name "id.d20b113359c9" in it.

SyncdocsGoogle docs sometimes adds bookmarks during conversion. Often they appear next to style changes:
