Sorry, bu I cannot post anywhere, so this is my last try:
Hello,
I am experiencing a major problem with Syncdocs.
The program recognizes erroneously every few seconds after it has finished a sync "New changes on the PC" and starts downloading all documents (55 files) from G-Docs again.
This is a never ending process cycle:
It syncs successfully, waits a few seconds, detects erroneously "new changes" and downloads all the documents again. However, only the documents are processed, not the other file-types.I have even tried to set the time tolerance at the preferences to 30 seconds.
Error-Log (only entries at the time of installation and initial synchronization):
25.02.2011 08:43:08 First run. No data_FL3.db file present yet, ignoring.<br /> 25.02.2011 09:00:10 Direct resumable upload failed on file Kapitalbedarf und laufende Kosten (Businessplan ausformuliert).doc<br /> File Upload - Google server http REJECTED file: Sorry, there was an error saving the file. Please try again. System.Exception : sd criticality=9<br /> Inner:<br /> Source: Syncdocs : sd criticality=9

Hi newuser,
Can you provide more detail on the issue? Are the folders on Google or local?
This FAQ topic may help:

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for your detailed feedback. Sorry about the posting problem, seems our anti-spam system was too harsh. It is fixed now.
Thank you for the error log. Is this the entire error log?
If this is the entire error log, then you can try the following. You might have already looked at some of them, sorry if they seem obvious:
1. Is your PC clock accurate?
2. What anti-virus package are you running. Some of them change the file attributes.
3. If you have multiple copies of Syncdocs running on different PCs syncing to the same Google account, then try only doing your first sync with one. Please let me know if this helps.
Another question, how big is "Kapitalbedarf und laufende Kosten (Businessplan ausformuliert).doc"
Kind regards,
Andrew

Hi Daniel,
Thanks for your detailed feedback, and all the trouble that you have gone to to contact us.
I am very sorry about the posting problem. If seems our Askimet anti-spam system was too harsh. It should be fixed now.
Thank you for the error log. Is this the entire error log?
If this is the entire error log, then you can try the following. You might have already looked at some of them, sorry if they seem obvious:
1. On the "Docs and Files" Preferences tab, please uncheck "If Google conversion fails, upload for viewing"
2. Is your PC clock accurate?
3. What anti-virus package are you running? Some of them change the file time attributes.
4. If you have copies of Syncdocs running on different PCs syncing to the same Google account, at the same time, then try only doing your first sync with one. After the first sync then you can run it on both. Please let me know if this helps.
However, I suspect you may have found a bug; another user has reported something similar tonight. He had a problem similar to yours when multiple PCs are used for the initial sync, and many existing .xls files in Google account.
Kind regards,
Andrew

Here's how Syncdocs handles duplicate names:
Duplicate Google Docs file names
Google allows you to have duplicate file names. For example, you can have two files called “My September report.doc” in the same folder. Giving files of the same type and in the same folder exactly the same names is confusing.
Syncdocs assumes that the most recent file of a set with exactly the same name is the one to sync. Older duplicate files are not synced, only the most recent.
Duplicate Google Docs folder names
As with duplicate file names, Google allows folders with exactly the same name. Syncdocs matches these duplicate folder names to one local folder.
One Google file in Multiple Google Folders
You can put a single file in multiple folders on Google. This is mirrored locally but putting a file in each folder. A change to either of these files locally can change the one file on Google.
Hope this helps.
