By default Syncdocs allows duplicate file names (in the same folder) on Google Drive.
Google allows files in the same folder to have the same name, while Windows, Linux and Mac OS do not. If there are duplicate files on Google Drive, Syncdocs will sync the most recent one.
If you do not want duplicate files you can un-check the option shown below. Note that this can increase sync time, specifically the time it takes to query Google Drive. Otherwise leave the option checked (the default) for faster Syncing.
