Syncdocs crashes since google Oauth update

I have the same issue since the oAuth change. Win 7, IE11, Syncdocs 5.98. Operating behind a proxy. When trying to sync I get;
"ReadCred. Username has no password, please enter one for (my email address). ReadCred failed with error code 1168."
However, I know I have entered the correct password in the Syncdocs option. I logged onto my email using the same password just to check.
I've also checked the proxy setting against another application which is working.
Syncdocs worked perfectly well until this recent change to oAuth.
Help. Please.
Cheers
Steve

Hi Steve, The ReadCred should just be a warning, it should not cause Syncdocs to crash.
Please email us the entire error log at contact-syncdocs@syncdocs.com and we'll look at it. You can get it by right clicking on the Syncdocs icon, selecting "Preferences", then "Advanced" and then "View Log".
(if you do not see an "Advanced" tab, click on "Advanced options..." button to see it)Is your system proxy (the one set in Control Panel) the same as the one that you use with Syncdocs?
You can also try upgrading to Syncdocs 5.983, which fixes a few more obscure errors.
