Sync manually via goole docs website

If I uploading manually some new local folder from my pc to google docs via their website, is Syncdocs will try to upload this folder again or it can see that this folder already in-sync (even it didn't uploaded the folder itself)?

Yes, this is a bug in the current version. We have fixed it in the next release, due out this week.
