I got a couple of suggestions
First of all i'd like some kind of upload speed cap. I know you had this before but removed it because the google server dropped the connection, but please focus on getting this back because me and a bunch of other users i've seen in forums have adsl lines. When you upload something with an adsl line, everything else hangs. Every time my computer syncs something up to your server it takes like 5 minutes before other people in the house is yelling. I have a 16/1mbit line.
Second, i know this is possible to make, but i would like to be able to mount librarys like onedrive for business.
Example of mounting would be, "pictures" folder in the root of my googledrive mounted to "D:\Pictures" on some of the client computers, like the ones my kids and girlfriend uses.
Now its like c:\google drive\pictures (since i only sync pictures on their computers) this looks stupid. Wouldnt it look alot better if the directory "looked" like a local directory for "less advanced" users?
I actually had to do a "mklink /H /D /J "D:\Pictures" "C:\google drive\pictures"" because family members didnt understand where pictures were.
Third, selective sync. I'd like an option in the selective sync window to sync "ONLY" the things which is selected. This means, if i create a directory or put a file in the c:\google drive directory it should not sync this.
Why, you may ask. I have google drive directory on c: and also have it mounted as d:\ and i'd like to use this d: volume for non-sync stuff aswell, like use it as a default download path in my web browser and use it for dumping of files when i work.
Also, why cant you use a drive root as google drive? I have on my nas a seperate volume which syncs everything which looks stupid because when i browse that volume the only thing on it is a googledrive directory.
These things probably isnt usable for everyone, but by having these options here would probably attract people like me, who has very screwed up and special needs... hehe.
