The function "Upload to Google Drive" in the right-click menu of the windows explorer is a useful function to put files ahead of the syncing queue and upload them immediately.
But why can't Syncdocs just upload them to the correct folder, meaning the folder they are already in?
Putting them into "Direct Uploads" doesn't make sense to me and causes the actual source folder to be out of sync with the online version of that folder.

This feature would let us use Syncdocs to collaborate on files in real-time e.g. with remote colleagues, like what Dropbox is popular for.
To complete this feature you could also add a right-click feature "Refresh folder" which would make Syncdocs refresh a folder immediately.
Right now it takes way too much time until a file appears online and then in a remote local folder of someone I am working with. I am pushing people to use Syncdocs but they are telling me "This is just too slow. Let's go with Dropbox."
