Thank you for your interest in Syncdocs. I have answered your questions below:
> * When doing the BackUp, all the data is converted to MS Office format?
No, only Google Sheets, Docs and Presentations, and then only if you check the option to convert.
> * How are BackUps made? Are they incremental or full? Can I choose between them?
Backups are incremental after the first full backup. Full versioning is supported.
> * When BackUp is finished, do I get any notifications about the successfully/failed operation?
Yes, there is a Syncdocs status screen you can look at. You can also specify an app to run (eg. send you email) after the sync is done.
> * When doing the BackUp, the file is kept in your servers? How much time? If so, you offer any link to file?
The file is kept on Google's servers. You can get the link for the file if you wish.
I would suggest downloadingthe free trial version which is fully featured with no limitations for 14 days. This will let you test Syncdocs, answer your questions and let you see if it meets your needs. Also please ask any additional questions you may have here.
