I would like more information to see if your product can help me. I currently do this:
1) have customers fill a jotform that submits data to a gsheet on a google drive
2) i have to manually export it as a csv or xlsx
3) i then sync that sheet to shippingeasy or endicia to process their shipping labels
Ideally, i would like to have the gsheet autosync to a spreadsheet on my google drive so when i fire up endicia, i can quickly load the data.

Syncdocs
Syncdocs can help you with autosyncing in step 2. It can be set to automatically convert your Google Sheet or Google Form data to an .xlsx file on download.
To do this make sure that the option "Convert Google Docs to Office format on download" is checked in the Files tab of the Preferences menu.
If you only want to download sheets and not upload them, then you can also un-check the option "Upload local files to Google" in the Sync tab.

* When doing an scheduled BackUp, all the data in GDoc format is converted to MS Office format? Is it made in zip format?
* How are BackUps made? Are they incremental or full? Can I choose between them?
* When BackUp is finished, do I get any notifications about the successfully/failed operation?
* When doing the BackUp, the file is kept in Syncdocs servers? How much time? If so, you offer any link to file?

No, only Google Sheets, Docs and Presentations, and then only if you check the option to convert.

Backups are incremental after the first full backup. Full versioning is supported.

Yes, there is a Syncdocs status screen you can look at. You can also specify an app to run (eg. send you email) after the sync is done.
> * When doing the BackUp, the file is kept in your servers? How much time? If so, you offer any link to file?
The file is kept on Google's servers. You can get the link for the file if you wish.
I would suggest downloadingthe free trial version which is fully featured with no limitations for 14 days. This will let you test Syncdocs, answer your questions and let you see if it meets your needs. Also please ask any additional questions you may have here.

Hi Andrew. I already downloaded the trial version. Still have a doubt about the backup. Where is the option of the backup? Is it made in a zip/rar format? Also, I think there´s a bug in the time picker in Advanced options->Sync->Backup, I can´t choose between AM/PM

Syncdocs
Syncdocs will run the backup all your selected files to Google Drive. It does not create .zip files - it copies the changed files across. You can find more details about how to make backups if you have not already read it.
To change the AM/PM, just click on it and select up/down or A or P.

I'm an early adopter of G-Suite Business' Team Drives feature. Team Drives are basically folders that are ONLY shared with others (meaning no one Google user within our organization has the folder in their "My Drive" it's only ever appearing in "Shared with Me").
I want to be able to right click on files or folders on my network and sync them to specific Team Drives.
Is this a feature you could add? Basically I want to be able to use this software as a sync agent for my on premise network shares and my Google shares.
Right now all I can do is tell the software to upload or share a local folder to the "My Drive" section of my Google Drive, not a particular folder, let alone one that is "Shared with me" and this is our greatest need as we migrate to a cloud as primary storage model.

We are currently working on adding Team Drives support. However, they are currently in the "early adopter" stage which means that Google's support for developers (like us) is limited. The Team Drives API (which is the way Syncdocs talks to Google Drive) is not yet defined.
We will look into adding the feature of right clicking on a Folder and syncing to a specific team drive. I think it sounds like a really good feature. We will let you know via this thread when the beta of this feature is available.

I believe the access to Team Drives will be akin to writing to folders that are "Shared with me" as when you create a Team Drive it starts out as only shared with the user that created them. There must be a way to write to folders that are "Shared with me" through the API do not have to be first moved or copied to "My Drive", no?

We are currently working with getting Syncdocs to work with Team Drives. Google released parts of the Team Drive API last week for the first time. It is still in beta, and some things don't work or don't seem to be fully implemented. We have provided them with feedback. We hope to support Team Drives as soon as the API is stable.
Right now there is little info on File Stream, it has been announced by Google but there is little other info regarding any API.

File Stream is very odd.. it creates like a VHD and mounts it to a drive letter you cannot change lol. It expands as needed as you access files from your Drive. I tried it on a virtual machine with thinly provisioned storage and tried to copy a bunch of files to that File Stream Drive and it doesn't work too well! It basically kept expanding the storage cuz new files copied to it were considered recently accessed and there are no settings to limit its expansion and it filled up my VM's entire drive! Was quite a pain to get it back online. At any rate how goes the battle to be able to select a folder and say "sync this with Team Drive"?

Thanks for the info on File Stream Drives, vwotta. We had a similar experience. We found it similar to the old OneDrive "virtual folders" feature which Microsoft has now removed.
In the early days of Syncdocs we beta tested a similar feature with placeholder files, but users found it confusing and slow. We also tested mounting Google Drive as a remote file-system, but found it too unreliable for release. It was also slow.
We are currently working on Team Drive implementation for Syncdocs version 7. Google has a full Team Drive API now, which works OK.

and found referred link and think it might work, but not as described.
Syncdocs didn't do as described in refer link, eg.
1. Google Photos service didn't auto create Albums by folders.
2. Backup (upload) by Syncdocs take google drive's quota space.

Syncdocs can't used to backup for unlimited google photo service.
My wish?
