My phone (Galaxy S5) automatically uploads photos and videos to Google Drive. The mp4 files it puts there play fine in Google Drive and also play fine when downloaded to my computer.
However, all of the mp4 files that are synced by Syncdocs to my local folder are unplayable.
I get the message "This item's file format may be unsupported, the file extension may be incorrect, or the file may be corrupted." This happens in Windows "movies and TV" app.
When I try to open it in Adobe Premiere Pro, I get "The file cannot be opened because of a header error."
If I download the file directly from Google Drive, it opens and plays fine in both of these applications.
What can I do to fix this?
