Hi Phil do you have any recomendation? let me tell you something that might help solve the problem I synchronize in my Office and I synchronize in my house in my office I don,t have any problems so that makes me wonder that the files in my office computer are ok and the files in the google docs are ok the problem must be in the files in my home cumputer. don“t you think the same?

Yes, there is some reason that Google is actively rejecting the files from your home computer. Either it thinks that these files are a virus, which we seem to have eliminated, or it thinks that there is too much "suspicious" activity from the IP address range that your home PC is on. However, we still don't have much of a fix, as we have asked Google about this before and they (understandably) won't discuss what trips their abuse detection. All they say that the threshold is higher for business than home users.

The SSL error is often caused by Google actively rejecting a file. This can be caused by:
1. you have exceeded some Google abuse threshold for upload, and need to hold off. The solution is to contact Google support and ask them, or purchase a corporate Google Apps account.
2. Google thinks that your file contains a virus and rejects it.Posted 11 months ago # -
