I have Three google accounts in the same computer two of them syncronyze perfect but I have problems and I don,t know what to do this are some of the information it send me:
1.- "google access denied. you may not have rights to upload to this shared folder.... upload prevented-folder mismatch"
¿why don´t I have rights to upload my own folders? ¿what did I do wrong?

2.- "Google reported credentials (SSL)problem during upload. Stopping this sync and re-authenticating in a minute....restart sych from loging"
    ¿what that means?

3.-"Posible direct upload to server failed. Google server error. Attempting fix...Se ha terminado la conexion error inesperado de envío"

This three messeges goes in a loop again and again and I can do nothing to fix it.
my internet conection is ok I make this clarification because one of the messeges in spanish say "the internet coextion has ended" but that´s no true the conexion is ok

    Could you please help me?

    1. The "access denied..." problem occurs when Google tells Syncdocs that it cannot write a file. This is normally caused by the Syncdocs user not having write access to the file on Google.

Is this a file or a folder that someone has shared with you as "can view" but not "can edit"?

1,2 and 3. Another possible cause of this error loop is that the file that you are trying to upload is being actively rejected by Google. According to Google this is most likely caused by it detecting a virus in the file. What sort of file is it?

We fixed one cause of error 2 in that latest Syncdocs beta, which you can download from here:
    http://www.syncdocs.com/downloads/SyncdocsBeta.msi

If this does not help, please send us the error log. Thanks

@oscar and @mike: Is it a shared file that you do not have access to online anymore?

What sort of file is it? Is there a possibility it can contain a virus?

Phil, my issue is that right now my sync is ending very early in the process so that none of my files are uploading to Google Docs and none of them are coming down from the cloud to my desktop. Where it seems to be getting interrupted is on some jpgs. These came off my camera so I'm confident they do not contain viruses.

    Thanks for any help.

is this problem caused by the change from google docs to google drive?

@mike: How big are those pictures? There are some new reports on Google's forum of problems uploading images greater than 2000 pixels on a side. We have never seen this problem, though, even with 3800 pixel images. Syncdocs should still ignore the error and continue, though.

@oscar: that recent problem is caused by not having network connectivity or setting the wrong proxy server.

The Syncdocs Error log is useful to our developers in bug fixing. You can get it by right clicking on the Syncdocs icon, selecting "Preferences", then "Advanced" and then "View Log".
(if you do not see an "Advanced" tab, click on "Advanced options..." button to see it)

You can email it to us at [email protected]

    Hi Oscar,
Did you set up the proxy servers in the Preferences? Your log says that your network connectivity is lost. This might be caused by a switch over of proxy servers or firewalls.
Can you access the Internet directly from the PC that you are seeing these problems on?

    Hi Oscar,

I'm not sure what it causing the problems with this one account. It is most likely that one of the files you are trying to upload is tripping some sort of rejection from Google's Servers.

Perhaps the problem is with Syncdocs' local cache. On this one PC you can try resetting your preferences. To do this:
    1. Go to Syncdocs Preferences.
    2. In the Advanced Tab, click on the "Default Settings" button and reset the preferences and caches.

This should clear any files that have the incorrect file information from the cache, which might be the cause of your problem.

Note that you will need to set your home Google folder again after this.

Please let me know if it helps.

Phil, the file sizes are less than 1,000 pixels. Still have an issue with the sync aborting, retrying, aborting, retrying. Please help. Let me know if you need the error logs again. Thanks,

Hi Phil I erase the files you told me but stil don´t work I sent you the Synch error file by email to see if you can find something else.
Could it be some other solution like erasing all the files in the google docs and uploading them again or something like that?

@Mike, please try the latest release of Syncdocs, we have more robust handling of errors from Google. You can get it from here or tell it to update via the Advanced tab in the preferences menu.

@Oscar I don't think deleting files will help, for some reason the Google server is actively rejecting some of your files. We are still looking into why it is doing this.
