I have spent countless hours trying to get files to delete consistently over the last 2 year. This topic appears to be very popular on the forums.
I am running Syncdocs in admin mode on two computers using the same Gmail account. I would like to sync my files between the two computers. Both computers have the sync renames, moves and deletions too option set. None of my files or folders are set for sharing in Google Drive. I run syncdocs in admin mode on both computers. I also encrypt my files using Syncdocs.
On computer 1 I delete files and Syncdocs does not recognize the files have been deleted. Syncdocs does not attempt to delete the files from Google Drive. Nothing is moved to the trash folder in Drive. Syncdocs does not report that it tried to delete the files from Google Drive.
On computer 2 I delete files and Syncdocs downloads and restores the files the next time Syncdocs runs.
The only way I can get files to delete on both computers and Google drive is to manually delete the files from both computers and Google drive.
I have tried everything suggested in the forums. After spending many hours and days to try to solve the problem on my own I have given up. Do you have any suggestions.
