How can one contact you outwith the forums ?
Anyway what I was emailing about was...
I purchased my copy of Syncdocs about 3-4 weeks ago (registered email was here).
Today when I get home I notice the following pop-up on screen...

Basically it stated I had run out of memory and run the 64bit version
Running Windows 10 Pro with 32Gb Ram and no other programs running during the day except Syncdocs (out contracting at clients office just now)
I go to the Start menu and see no reference to a 64bit version ??? I see Run as admin, create new documents etc. etc. but nothing referring to 64-bit. So then I go to the web site and download the 64bit/Portable Version.
I kill the version the automatically downloads from the web site and then extract the files to a new folder and run Syndocs, click on the about and see...

As you see it states Register this copy...when I try and register it, I go back to the Buy Now page ???
The software is currently running in the background doing a database update as it's logged into my G Drive account...so do I need to re-register/purchase the 64bit version ? Or does it recognise I have a registered account by my email address/login info ? Is this the 64bit version or the previous version ???
