I wanted to give you an update on how I'm using it and what has happened so far.
1. I am very pleased with it. It was just what I was looking for.
2. I'm not doing any conversion - if something is in word it stays that way. If I want a document to be editable on GoogleDocs I'll create it there directly.
3. I'm sychronizing them across 2 PC's (one XP, one Windows 7) - using my ENTIRE My Documents account.
4. It seems to be working fine.
"Critical" comments (just suggesteed):
1. Uses 140K CPU typically. This is about the same size as skype.
2. Seems to do a lot of "extra" work, re-copying files that are identicial. I guess it's probably using modification daate. It should probably do a bit-size check. If the file names, locations, etc. are the same and the sizes are exactly the same, it probably doesn't need to do anything even if the sizes are different.
