My suspicion is that the problem is that you, or someone on your IP range, have triggered Google's abuse detection system, which prevents files from being fully downloaded.
It is caused by the Google quota abuse detection system, and does not trigger a standard Google Drive error. We asked Google for more details on it, but we have not heard anything other than a boilerplate reply from Google, pretty much saying that they have the right to apply quota limits and quotas are higher for paid accounts than for free accounts. What sort of Google account do you have?
The new Syncdocs version 6, which you can get in beta now at http://www.syncdocs.com/downloads/SyncdocsBeta.msi fixes this problem. To get the files to download, quit Syncdocs, delete the local files and re-run the new Syncdocs to get the files downloaded.
