Hi Z,

There are no conflicts with Box. What operating system are you running on? The error seems to be caused by Syncdocs not being able to load its configuration files after install.

Hi Phil I'm on Google server w/my business domain via Google business Apps (company@landandwildlife.com) I've downloaded the version that says "Try it" in your home page from Google App store, so no. I believe it's the desktop version. In fact I see the Syncdocs icon on my desk top as if it's installed; however when I try to open it, I obtain the final window to hit next and finish the install. Hence when I hit next, I receive the error message. *?,... I'm trying to change over from Box.com sync/cloud and I haven't removed Box or any of the files from my desktop. Would that be causing a conflict? and/or I haven't tried to R&R Sync docs yet?

This is a tough question :) Are you installing the portable version of Syncdocs?

This error is probably caused by you having a damaged .NET install or no rights to the Syncdocs config folder. Are you on a Windows domain? Are you an Administrator?

Trying to install sync docs and received Syncdocs Error window says

Initialization error. There was an error reflecting type 'AppSettings.AppSettingC.UserInfoC'.

I've googled this and sought your forum but could not find an exact error message please advise

BTW hitting continue to ignore does not work - It simply goes back to the Link to your Google Account window to choose next.
